This course is designed for people wanting to become corporate coaches but the basic principles and techniques acquired during the course apply also to Life Coaching.

It’s for you, if you are a leader, manager, entrepreneur, trainer, consultant, and/or developing coach; whether from an SME or a large corporates, from a family business, from private or public sector or a charity or NGO....

The course is relatively short so it is essential that participants have knowledge of company life and have engaged in personal development or work that facilitates self knowledge. The school only takes in 12 trainees per class which guarantees a combination of rigor and flexibility in its running.

Course includes:

• Filmed coaching sessions with individual feedback.

• Certification which includes a real case study and a 2 day validation process.

• Ready to use one page documents that serve as the “A to Z” of coaching.

• An approach to learning that is fun and reflects what coaching is.

On completion of the course, you will have:

• Begun coaching professionally.

• Formed a network of coaches that will be a future source of support and business.

• Gained clarity about themselves as coaches and about the profession.

• Identified areas for further personal and professional development.

• 7 Modules over 9+ months (14 days in total)

Location:

• Course in English (All modules on Zoom)

• Course in French (Modules 1 & 6 in Boulogne-Billancourt/Paris. Modules 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 on Zoom)

This course is designed as an advanced course for coaches who have learnt the basics of coaching and want to take their skills to the next level. LKB has presented and demonstrated adaptations of David Grove’s work at conferences in London, Paris, Madrid and Geneva since his sudden death in January 2008. It was following his untimely departure that the 6 module CLEAN Coaching course was created and it has since run in Paris, Marseille and Nantes. It continues to run in Paris once a year and shortened versions have run in Toulouse and Luxembourg.

Course Includes:

• Deepening awareness around one’s “inner” coach and how to work with a client’s metaphorical landscape.

• David Grove’s techniques of Clean Language, Clean Space and Emergent Knowledge.

• The last module is dedicated to a community assessment process lead by 2 senior experts in the field.

• Inspired by Silvie de Clerck’s “Dialoguing with art” work, LKB is now inviting groups to visit museums and art galleries as a way of exploring deeper parts of themselves using Clean techniques.
